Default low idle problem

please do not flame immediately....i did try using the search but i couldn't find anything that was similar to my problem...

anyway...my idle is low on two occassions. first...when my car is not warm...it will idle really low for about 30 min. then everything will be ok. second...doesn't matter if my car is warm..or not. after i race...on the track or on the street...or just kicking it just for fun..my idle will be low. after i drive it normally...the idle will return to its usual state. can somebody please help me out? could it be air leak...or something to do w/ fuel? it can't be spark. i just changed distributor and spark plugs. please help me out. much appreciated.

the idle is very close to zero actually...but the engine doesn't feel like its going to shut down....it just stays low...(during my two occurances which i listed on top.)

Try playing with the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body. If you havent' touched it, the screw should be covered with some grey plastic sh#t, just take it off and screw clock wise or counter clockwise until the idle is a bit higher.
