Need to know an asking price for my 93 Del Sol
Ok so i just got some news and was thinking of selling my 1993 Del Sol. i can load up pics later today but wanted to get an ideal of what you guys think its worth. here is a list of parts on or awaithing to get put on the car:

Here is a lil history on the car
The car is and orginal Cali car that a buisness bought new. then was traded in, and bought by a private owner. i bought it from the 3rd owner while i was in Vegas. the car sit for a year while i was over seas. i then drove it for a year until i decided to tear it a part. well that was a 2 1/2 year wait, until last month. the car has paint wear from being covered with tarps. the bottom end was assembled by a machine shop that does alot of Suby engines. since last month i have spent over $1500 in lil parts and what not. most of the suspension, brakes, and stuff where installed just this month.
the Bad is the car needs a new paint job. i actually have the Stage one paint for the job. i have enough to do the car like 3-4 times. other than that its Captive blue and runs great! so let me know.
Just FYI i have recipts for over 10K
worth of parts for this car alone!

Here is the problem.... your car is pretty old and even though you've spent $10K or so in parts, labor, replair/replace oem parts your not going to get even close to your investment.
When you start asking for $8-10K, some Kswap, Jswap ef/eg/ek/dc are selling in that range. Also for whatever reason, delsol's aren't the most sought after hondas to start with.
If it was my car, and I was totally over the car and ready to move on OR other financial obligations out weigh the delsol, I'd let it go for $6K instantly but then again you should be happy with $5K.
There is another delsol (white & super clean) with LSvtec only selling for $4K. Use search + "delsol" + select "vechicles for sale" + sort my thread start date, you'll find it.

I feel for you. I have dumped a ton of money into my 94 del sol and I know I won't get any returns on it. At this point, what was said earlier is correct. You either need to keep it or steel yourself to accept a very low resale.
