i thought this was a pretty cool story so i thought id share. idk if it will stay, theres no tech. so im in a auto body skill center class that i use as my electives in high school. last tri before summer started we got in a crx to work on that was owned by a 16 year old who bought it with his own money and then was diagnosed with bone cancer. while he was in seattle for like 8 months being treated his mom was having shops all over the city work on it for a surprise when he got back. i mostly like this story because i did alot of body work on it myself and my class sprayed the door jambs. (we didnt have time to paint all of it). i was called and invited to the "unvieling" of his car when he got back a few days ago, but i had to work..

at least he didn't find his car in a ditch stripped somewhere. I'd be thankful for losing just the stereo. Stupid thieves, they should all take a bullet to the head.

 

Cool story.

 

This reminds me of a similar story about this kid who had cancer and had a Pontiac Fiero he was trying to fix up. A bunch of Fiero enthusiast guys from across the country came together and helped him fix it up. His story was a bit more sad because instead of getting his car broken into he died.
