Hi honda tec I'm doing a new swap in 06 acura rsx types s.Here's the thing I'm swapping my type s with a 05 k20a type r swap I wanna know if I will be able to use the k20a type r eecu and would it be plug and play. Thanks honda tech all comments are welcomed

no, but u can use yer stock one since there is no real difference in the motors. plus there is no speed limited on the usdm one as there is on the jdm one.. if your current type s motor is working fine.. then yer waisting a ton of time and money.. you wont see any better performance.

no i did a miss shift and i guess over rev'd it because it dropped a valve and messed up my number 3 cylinder

i just wanna be 100% sure if it work or not because i dont wanna get a kpro if i can just use the k20r ecu and save a few bucks

 

just run yer stock rsx ecu bro.. u dont need k pro
