Default custom CNC rims

looking to have some rims made for my moped. A HONDA elite that is , notice keyword honda. anyway i would like to have some thing similar to this made.I know this could possibly and will be exspensive but people over pay for these rims buy as much as 50 % + at times. i think if some one could make these they could possibly turn a profit if labor + materials isnt too high. looking for opinions and or thoughts. aloha

They look like castings bolted to a cast center hub not mahcined billet wheels. Just what do you consider expensive??????

You'll be lucky to find somebody to make that as a 1 off for $200.

For a completely custom wheel like that you will most likely be looking at more than $200 a piece.

Most places that can do custom wheels make three piece wheels and they will CNC each wheel center from aluminum.

In my opinion its too risky to do something like that.

Its like making your own parachute. You had better do it right.

We can do the work. We have a very large CNC lathe and mill that could pop those out in no time. Do you have a dimensional drawing?

Make sure it's thick enough!

I think a drawing for that in solidworks would take less than 5 min. Draw the shape, revolve, and put in 4 holes + a valve stem.
