Default eg wont start

Hi I have a 94honda civic. With a d15 vtech that's not getting fuel or spark and the fuel pump doesn't prime. I was driving it and it just shut off and wouldn't start

Check the ground on the thermostat housing and whether fuse 31 or 24 is blown.

Any CEL codes?

Does the CEL work? Generally, when you lack spark and fuel, the CEL will remain on steady both with and without the service connector jumped (=code 0).

I agree (or a bad thermostat ground). Many people only visually inspect rather than test fuses, causing many bad fuses to be missed.
