bhp is hp measured on an engin brake dyno. On a dynojet the wheels turn the drums though the rpm range to measure the hp. On an engine brake dyno the engine (not the wheels) is connected to the dyno, and the dyno holds a certain constant rpm (with a brake) while the engine pushes against it, giving you an acurate measurement of hp at the crank.
