Default f22b2 engine swap or rebuild

I recently took my accord lx into a huge puddle and cracked a piston arm on one cylinder and took a chunk out of the oil tube(?) that is under the crank, i dont know what it is but thats what it looks like it would do, I pulled the oil pan off and i saw pieces of metal in there. My main question is what is the simplest and most cost effective way to either fix the motor or get a new one.
96 accord 180k five speed four door

My brother is bringing me his old 91 lx so i will have a car that works, well kinda because it doesnt start all the time, you have to rap on the starter sometimes to get it to crank, but thats another post so...

So how hard is an engine swap? Rebuild? Is there any way to replace parts with out pulling the motor out? (Highly unlike is my assumption)And about how much you think it would cost?
