Default Any reputable engine rebuilders?

Hi last night my engine seized in my 92 prelude with a h23a1. I want to have it rebuilt. But I dont have the time to do it myself I work 132 hours a week. Is there any good reputable mechanics in the san diego area that any of you know of? I would like a new head with a valve job and port and polish. Posibly even stroke it. I have some money but I dont want it to be a money pit kind of thing. Any help is much appreciated.

I hear you with the working 132 hours a week.

Just buy a whole new engine. It will cost less to just swap in a new motor.

Blacktrax is a bit north of you I think, but they're pretty good.

Blacktrax is in Milpitas.

And you aren't going to do anything really unique without going super crazy. I would just throw an H22 head on it, get some nice rods and pistons on the 23 crank, and then a euro-r IM and a good header with a good tune and you can rock out. And Blacktrax can do all of that for you, and get you to a pretty stout setup, they know the H motors pretty well.

You just have to pull a plug out of the cylinder head mating surface on the block, H22 crank timing gear and water pump, and I think thats it.
