how do you tell difference between OEM honda Distrib. and a non oem replacement one?

Default how do you tell difference between OEM honda Distrib. and a non oem replacement one?

Hey guys. I have a non oem honda dizzy on my B16. And its just been giving me problems. I want to buy an OEM ONLY honda one. how do i tell the difference. Does the OEM honda one had honda stamped somewhere on the dizzy? thanks

After you've seen enough of them they're easy to tell apart, Honda distributors have TD-XXX number stamped on the side of one of the legs, The CYP/CKP/TDC sensors usually look different and the wiring coming from the aformentioned sensors are usually a different shade of the same colors as OEM.
