Is your turbo getting too hot or is your water temp getting too hot? Are you talking about the exhaust side is hot or is your intake temps too hot? A little more clarafication please. How do you know it is too hot?

If you think it is your exhaust side. Try one simple thing remove your exhaust. Everywhere you say it is 2.5" take that off and leave it 3" DP if you can and see if that helps your problem. The 2.5" exhaust can be a bottle neck. Also do you have a cat or is it removed.
