i have my header sitting here and was wondering if it was longer than the stock usdm one. i know that i need a 2.5 inch cat but is it going to be the same length as stock cat. TIA

 

It's the same length as stock, unless you have a 94-99 GS-R.

it seems to me that the JDM DC 4-1 is about an inch longer than OEM header. Once i installed my DC JDM 4-1 along with my carsounds cat, i had a few rattles here and there. My apexi n1 was rubbing on a few heatshields at idle.

 

The 2.5" cat you'll need is shorter (an inch or so??) than the stock one. Forgot to add that above.
