I wanna look into possibly doing some Road Racing in like a year or so. Only problem is this would be with my current car. I have a built engine, no interior, and no rollcage. Where would I find out about what class I would be in? I dont care about being competitive, I'm just out to have fun and become a better driver. I mean if I have to be in prepared then I'll do that, but I know some guys were talking about some form of road racing where there is a class where "anything under 3.0liters goes". Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

You'd be in WTFITOTT Class "What the **** is that on the track?" class
If you're talking about actualy "road racing", you'll need all the safety equipment before anyone will let you out, as well as a license. If you simply mean autox, or the occational track school, just sign up and drive.
edit - What class you would be in depends on what sanctioning body you plan to run with, and in what series.

Is a rollcage required?
93 Integra is in ITA (SCCA). New internals? Hmm, I suggest you buy the GCR (rule book), it has all of the techincal safety specs and the allowed mods for road racing. You may have rebuilt your car and your way out of Improved Touring. Yes a roll cage is required for road racing. Usually not for track days, lapping sessions, schools... check with the different clubs than run the events. Good luck.

"anything under 3.0 liter goes" Sounds like NASA super unlimited. I have no experience with that NASA class... Anyone care to help him out?
