how the heck do you adjust these?? i knwo they are crap but hey came with the car... anyone tell me how to adjust them please?? thank you!

 

Do you mean how do you raise or lower them? If so, hopefully the previous owner gave you the spanner wrenches which allow you to loosen or tighten the spring perch. If not you might want to ask a buddy with similar coil-overs and try their wrenches to get them loose.

 

i need to raise the car b/c i lowered it by hand to chnage out the axle and remove the shock tower... now i need to raise it again

 

If you need to adjust them, just turn the spring perches till they go up. If your trying to even out the front, then just look at the other side to see where you are at and adjust accordingly. Once you are at the desired height, just lock the to perches in place and you should be set.

 

when i adjust them it feels like it has to push up the spring, so do i need a spring compressor maybe?

 

If the shocks are on the car already, just push the wheel/hub assembly down, so the shock does not compress, then you should be able to adjust easily.
