help carbon fiber reclearing

Hi. i just bought a carbon fiber hood from my friend. It just needs to be recleared with a clear coat and thats all. i need help on where to start and what to do. thanks

You need to flat the clearcoat diwn with 800 then 1200 wetdry then just clear as normal
