Default Carbon fiber grades?

I see Grade A carbon fiber hoods then I see grade B hoods and the A+'s What exactly is the highest grade? A+? or is there an A++? lol. Im assuming that A = the best and Also, when they say grade A does that mean its ALL carbon fiber? or its fiber glass with a carbon fiber overlay?

Naturally a class A hood will outdo a class B hood in terms of quality. Think export products.

thought so. But what about the ALL carbon fiber? like mine right now, is just carbon fiber on the outside but the fram and **** underniether is all fiberglass.

Also, is real carbon fiber paintable? As in being able to sand down the clear coat and paint that? I just had an idea. was curious.
