Default D-Series Nuts and Bolts

My friends, Upon me putting back together my D16y8 I realized I have a tons of screws and bolts sitting around me and i honestly don't remember which goes to what parts of the motor. Would any of you happen to have a data base that'll show what size bolts and nuts go to what parts on the motor..

For example...What size bolts hold the ac compressor to the motor, or what size nuts go to bolt on the intake manifold..

I have a ton of bolts and nuts laying around from the other motor I've dissected and now I've become confused as to what goes where. I want to put this motor back together the right way torqued to spec, so if u guys have any info on this or a website maybe that would have this information please Post it.

Thanks in Advance

-Tony

This is why it is always i good idea to label and separate nuts and bolts, but just pick up a Haynes manual.

Use common sense? Most bolts on a D series will only fit in their original place. I wouldn't try to put a 10mm bolt in the flywheel hole but hey who knows?

i would suggest using an oem parts site like www.hondapartsunlimited.com to look up the nuts/bolts. next to the part# they have the bolt size and length.

for example the IM studs are listed like this:
92900-08025-1B BOLT, STUD (8X25) m8, 25mm in length.

AC Compressor is held to the AC bracket with m8 x 100mm bolts

they dont put the thread pitch but you should still be able to figure it out.

obviously you've never seen how many of these bolts look the same in diameter but dont exactly fit into the places you'd assume they go, some are the same size but may be longer or shorter but just a few cm's.

what else do you need help with? all the bolts should have the same thread pitch. m8, m10, m12 (most) are gonna be 1.25 pitch. m6 is 1.0. there probably isnt any other sizes.

do you need help with any other parts specifically?

Not in particular i was just looking for a reference in case i hit a stump. Thanks for that information.

I do think the brackets on the intake manifold that hold in place the wiring harness behind the back are gonna be hard to remember exactly what go where.
