The car is bone stock inside and out, exterior is about an 8/10, straight body, only has rock chips on the hood and peeling clearcoat on the rear bumper. Interior is the same way, some spots on the head liner is the only real thing I can think is wrong with the interior besides the rear tint bubbling up. The mileage difference is due to me receiving the car with a blown motor, motor was replaced with a d16y7 that was well taken care of. All power options work, power steering, windows, mirrors and locks all work, the cruise control does not. AC blows cold which is always a plus in Texas weather. The civic has a clear Texas title, never been in a wreck or anything. There are no CEL's and the car is mechanically sound, I drive it daily. Current registration and inspection.

Like I said I want to sell for $3500 OBO, make me an offer, the worst I can say is no.
