B18b distributor help

I have a OBD2 B18b that will not start. I am pretty sure it is the distributor but i just need to know with and OBD1 B18B distributor fit a OBD2 motor.

it might actually fit into the motor but the electrical plug wont match.

That's ok cause i have an obd2- obd1 distributor jumper because i am using an obd1 harness.

Did you test the ignition coil and ICM on the dizzy?
