TW:97' turbo hatch (john kerrs old car)

The car used to be owned by a tuner up here named john kerr. originaly had a built b16 turbo in it...It spun a bearing so I swapped it out for a JDM B18C
**car is tuned on NEPTUNE by john kerr. tuned on 15lbs. car made 365whp and 270wtrq**
Im looking for $6500 OBO, simply for the fact that it was bought for $8000 originally with the b16. also interested in trades...worst I can say is no
-1997 civic dx
-108k on chassis... about 1k on turbo/motor combo
-Roma red
ENGINE:
-B18C from HMO
-Hasport mounts
-greddy 3 mm headgasket
-A1(aebs) head studs
-mishimoto radiator and slim fan
-3' turbo back, magnaflow muffler (v-band downpipe)
-precision 6169 w/ 500 miles (barely drove the thing)
-large FMIC (I believe 32x12x3)
-HKS ssqv
-tial 38mm wastegate, w/10lbs spring
-SFT tubular manifold
-adapter flange 5 bolt to v-band for downpipe (new)
-precision 680 injectors
-p72 chipped on neptune
-knock-off greddy manual boost controller, not a junk bleed-off boost controller.
DRIVE-TRAIN:
-JDM b16 trans
-competition clutch sprung stage 4 4-puck
-BRAND NEW axles
SUSPENSION AND WHEELS:
-JDM ITR 4x114.3 lug suspension
-ground control coilovers
-4-lug ITR wheels powder coated gunmetal (can be seen on the back in picture)
-cheapy zeon tires
-BRAND NEW goodridge steel braided brake lines
EXTRAS:
-carbon fiber front lip
-after market wing (not sure what kind, bought it from a friend then painted it)
-zeitronix wideband (also shows boost and EGT at same time)
-black housing headlights
-also have type r interior kit...not installed yet
***I ALSO HAVE A BUILT GSR, ALL WORK DONE AT AHM IN MD. 81.5MM CP PISTONS,***
EAGLE H-BEAM RODS, DART SLEEVES, STOCK GSR CRANK. HEAD HAS SUPERTECH
VALVES (OVERSIZED) AND VALVETRAIN STOCK GSR CAMS...I CAN GET MORE
INFORMATION IF INTERESTED!!!
THE BAD:
-needs a manual window regulator for drivers side
-dent on rear quarter pillar area ( can be seen from picture)
Thats it though, the car is immaculate as hell, no rust, no scratches what so-ever, and just that one dent that I plan on getting popped out (I could do it my self, but id rather have a body shop do it)
Im forgetting alot of things so just ask

yes the motor is stock..just headgasket and studs...I was going to boost moderatly and have fun for the summer while I build my other gsr for next summer
yeah my bad dude...I need to get money so I can get my friends s2000....but,lol, this guy is looking at my lexus this weekend..if it sells, ill either trade you or buy it because your ef is deff sexy
Im not sure what company. I know its not ebay though, its very nice quality. I can check for stickers/badges when I get home. It came with the car.
