ITR spoiler question...
Hello all...
My brother-in-law's ITR was vandalized last night
and now he needs to get a new rear spoiler. Its a 98 CW ITR and he wants to make sure he replaces it with an OEM one. Any ideas where to get an OEM one besides the dealer ($600 bux!!) I checked AcuraAutomotiveParts, but they're $457 there!
Any ideas?? Any wholesalers out there?
Thanks in advance

It wasn't really broken...it looks like they took a serrated knife and sawed off chunks of it all over the place. He's taking it somewhere today to see if a body shop can repair it. I told him I'd check with you guys to get a different angle on it.
How badly is yours? Thanks, but I'm pretty sure he won't want to buy one he's going to have to repair...he might as well repair the one he's got for that matter.
Thanks

Some "punks" tried removing it from my car without unbolting it!
It's cracked clear through on the inside of the passenger side and the bottom part of the wing (where it bolts down),
became separated from the rest on that side.
It's also got a hairline type crack almost all the way along the trailing edge.
The good part is that it looks like it can just be pretty much fiberglassed/glued back togther since there are no actual pieces missing.
Just a thought ... I've had it sitting around in my appt. for almost a year now, and well ... you get the idea.
When it was still on my car before it got fixed I had some clear packing tape holding it together, and you could hardly tell. Ed

Already thought about that. In order to keep his premium low, he has a $1000 deductible! Since no other damage was done, he's just going to have to pay for it!
