Default 1996 civic wont start

Last month, i drove the civic out to utah without any problems. I left the car there for a month and came back to it not starting. The car cranks but doesn't cross over. No CEL and spark plugs were changed recently. Car was started last thursday the 12th. Any ideas? thanks

1) Listen for whether the fuel pump primes for 2 seconds when the key is turned to ON(II).

2) Check for bright white spark at the plugs.
