4th Gen Prelude rear brake and suspension on 4th gen Accord

Has anyone ever swapped this into a 4th gen accord??? The setup looks the same but I dont know if bolt patterns match up, etc...

I don't know about that setup but if your desire is to have disc brakes you can convert to 94-97 Accord V6 suspension and brakes. There was a good write-up on this if you can find it.
