Offset plays a huge factor, what size of the wheel is it?

16" or 17" with a +20 offset (very low) with 7.5" and 8.5" width I'm going to wager you'll rub.

I'm going to say you will rub if you're lowered at all.

I run 17x8 +35 17x9 +38 with my S2000 only lowered 1".......... I can only imagine what an extra 15mm would do

I'm running RSX 5-lug 17x7's with 45mm offset and don't rub at all, even lowered ~1.2". I couldn't go any higher on the offset or the rim would rub the rear lower arm and maybe something in the front also.

+45 offset is nowhere close to +20

and aren't RSX wheels 16" x 6.5 ?

i am just throwing that out there for an extra size/offset reference to give an idea of what will fit. the '05-'06 RSX type s wheels i have are 17x7 with 45mm offset. BTW, they are a pain to find.

Ah missed that part on sizing, I see you mentioned it.

I think my TE-37's were similar to that, but may have been 16x7 with ~+45

seems to me like 7 in wide with +45 is the way to go. wheel isn't too wide, looks good, and doesn't rub.

I think it will rub with 17's if lowered. Assuming u will b lowering it. I am running 16x7 and 16x8 with 24 offset and tire spec is 195/50r16. I had to cut the rear inner part of the inner lip so the tires won't rub. And it doesnt rub at all even if slammed.

why are you going to put staggered wheels on a FWD car that came with non-stagered fitment from the factory?

anyways, a 8.5" wide +20 offset wheel isnt going to fit regardless. i would look into a more standard fitment

Just shoot for offset depending on width,

6" +50
7" +37
8" +24
9" +12
10" +0

just because they are on the car doesnt mean they "fit"

those tires are obviously stretched, which is unsafe and the wheels still stick way out. they are not the proper wheel size for the car but in the end its up to you. GL
