No, that's completely stock. There's no VTEC components and no chip with the new program on it. In fact, it hasn't been chipped either.

yes i knew it was not chipped i just thought i had a ls ecu that was converted to p28, i got another one its p75, can you tell me if this one is completely stock too? i just swore i had ls ecu that was converted, i bought a eg with lsvtec with ls ecu converted. i bought a chipped p28 for it and put the ls ecu in my stack of ecu's. i guess if this p75 is stock then i must have lost/got rid of the ecu that came with my lsv. thanks for the response.

Yes, completely stock. Even if you add VTEC components you won't have a VTEC ECU until it's chipped with a program that has VTEC enabled.

thanks for the answers, i knew it was not chipped. i just thought i had a ls ecu that was converted to p28. i thought you could conv. p06 for vtec and not have to have a chip for it to just work like a stock p28. i must have been wrong. anyways thanks

The program is what specifies what features you have, i.e. VTEC. Without chipping it you can't get a new program on it.
