Default only 3 volts at iat and coolant temp

i am in the process of checking all my sensors and i noticed that i am only getting about 3 volts (instead of 5) to the iat and coolant temp sensors. all others are getting the voltage they should. any ideas? could this be an issue with the ecu?

btw, its a built gsr on 18lbs. and was running great tunned to 300hp with crome. for no reason it started runing like crap and leaning out bad at random times. going through the sensors and checking them because i have no CEL's.

Best way to check is to check the pin out directly at the ECU. If you are getting less than ref. voltage the ECU is likley bad.
