Icon2 95 Odyssey Pwr Window issues

will try to be brief and detailed: right front and right rear windows work normally from their own switch, but will only do down from master switch. I checked voltage at the motor swith on each right door:
(2-wire connector at motor - disconnected)
B+ voltage on "up" wire when controlled from master switch
B+ voltage on "Down" wire whe controlled from master switch
*B+ voltage both directions controlled from right door switch

(2-wire connector at motor - connected)
3-4 volts on "up" wire when controlled from master switch
B+ voltage on "Down" wire whe controlled from master switch
*B+ voltage both directions controlled from right door switch

At first I suspected the motor, as it gets the proper voltage from the master switch when the motor is disconnected (possible short); but that wouldn't explain why it works from right door switch, right?

PLEASE HELP!!
Also, anyone know of a good new/used parts dealer near greenville/spartanburg, SC?

THANKS!
