Default Window switch problem on 96 ex sedan

Ok here it goes again with my noob self.. For some reason, my passenger front window only works with the master switch on the driver side. When I try to roll down the window with the passenger front window switch, it doesn't work! Yes I checked to make sure the master switch lock ( the on/off switch on the driver door) is not locked! I tried using the service manual on how to troubleshoot, but I suck at searching it up. Can somebody please help me out!

It may be an issue with the front passenger window switch.

Also check for a broken Grn/Blk wire in the front passenger door jamb connector.

Ok ronj, i checked the grn/blk wire and I'm not getting a constant 12v. Instead, its jumping from 3.50v to 4.0v, and when I hit the switch to go up or down, the voltage will drop down to 0. So that mean its a broken grn/blk wire like you stated correct?
