I'm looking for a good place to have my fully built turbo b series engine tuned, looking for 450 on pump for now until i retune on race fuel later on.

If you have first hand experience with a tuner and not a "my buddy had his tuned at...." story then please share.

There are no e85 stations near me so that is out of the question. Right now Im looking at either having Brian at Forged Tune me or Shannon at Badway Auto tune me. But if you have any experiences with any shops please share.

I was thinking of going to you guys before, you never called me back though so I figured if you were too busy to call me back you would be too busy to tune my car as well.

 

When was this? James is horrible about checking messages.

 

Prob about 2-3 months ago not sure on the date exactly, I actually talked to someone and they said I would get a call back. They said that they needed to talk to James about my engine setup because of all that is done to it to figure out what they could do for price. I mentioned it was a pac west built engine so idk if thats why I got tossed to the curb.

Ya I heard a few days ago about Rrev, I have my tuning appt set for tuesday with Forged. I hope all goes well. Kinda nervous since i just dumped $10k into the engine.

I've heard and seen too many bad things about that shop, thanks for the suggestion though.

 

Tuned with Forged, If my turbo hadn't gone out (bad rebuild by precision) would have been fine. Brian really is a good tuner.

 

How many motors have you gone through now?
