Need Bungs Welded to Valve Cover...
Anyone know a reputable shop that could weld 4 bungs to a minty moon cut valve cover?
My JDM ITR Red Valve Cover is clean with a nicely done moon cut so i want to locate a good welder who can do a good job welding the bungs on the valve cover.
Located in Houston, TX. Thanks!

heard some pros & cons about that....imma be pushing about 600whp, think it'll be safe with that much crack pressure with no leakage....
thanks!
thanks!
I run 450+hp on mine and have only had one leak some pipe dope and it has never leaked since. If its that big os a concern you can get a nut for the back side for insurance.

I would hit up locash for fittings. They work great for welding on the inside of your valve cover for a clean look on the outside. Just like threaded ones but with that peace of mind knowing its solid and won't ever leak. As for a welder.?
What about the internal baffle? You don't wanna do without that badboy..
hit up BMCRace, he is actually a sponsor here and has a dynasty 600 welder at his shop. he will be able to make some fine looking welds for you.

Uhhh...yellow pages? My last one I took to my college and had the welding teacher tig it for free. It's just a valve cover. Drill the holes yourself and just look online for a local place.
I can do it for you
give us a call at 281 398 6666, bring it by tomorrow sometime if you choose, we are pretty much open 7 days a week.
Also what size fittings do you need?
If its -10 we have plenty in stock as that is what we use on the fuel rails.
