how can i clean it?

what makes you think is contamineted?

I would check the torch before I would do anything to the line.

I've never had that happen or heard of it happening to be honest. What leads you to believe the line is contaminated?

my torch was on the floor several times over the last months. the flore was dirty with send and metal dust.
