Alright, so i started my wire tuck about two weeks ago.. but i got into an accident and my 08 civic is totaled... :
So right in the middle of the tuck after dropping h22 in the 92'.. i have to plug everything back in to be able to drive my car and get to work..
I have plugged in every connector but two.. i cant for the life of me find the connectors ANYWHERE... it literally vanished ive spent a ridiculous amount of time.. way to long looking for it... yet i know it was there.. cause i was driving the car before i started the tuck. i didn't cut anything on the main part of the harness yet cept for one wire, i started on the sides first.
Im going to take a pic and post it up later on, but i couldn't wait to start the thread i just need it running asap lol.

Alright i took some pics.
There are actually two connectors that are not connected, and then one that is blocked off im not sure what it is.
These two pictures are the same, just took one to give you an idea of the area where the connector is.

The second connector

and then here is the connector that is blocked off. Diagnostics?

any help would be greatly appreciated!
Also, i found a list with a bunch of "connector codes" and what they go to but... i have yet to see a code on any of the connectors....

I have a harness sitting next to me.. I'm willing to answer any more questions too. These are all the 3 pin plugs I could find. I included EGR and VSS just because. EGR and TPS have the same connector so I added wire colors.
TPS
Green/White | Red/Black | Yellow/White

EGR
White/Black | Green/White | Red/White

VSS
TPS
Green/White | Red/Black | Yellow/White

EGR
White/Black | Green/White | Red/White

VSS
3 pin is VSS, what it looks like at least. Post pictures of the wire colors.
the other is a power distribution block, leave it alone
take pictures of the wire colors on the 4 pin. I think its o2 though.

Ok took pics of the wire colors.
Here is the 3 wire connector
Colors are: (Orange) : (Black) : (Black + Yellow)

here is the 4 wire connector near the intake in the previous pictures.
Colors are: (yellow + black) : (Orange + White) : (White ) : (Green + White)

Also i just want to make sure, but i grounded this ground connector to the bolt right next to it, just below the vtec solenoid. I really dont know where it is supposed to go or if that bolt will work.

the two round connectors that look the same, are you sure the second one is egr connector? because both of those connectors connect on the throttle body for me.

got it running..
it turned out the car wasnt getting spark so i ended up finding one of the wires on the distributor connector wasn't pushed into the connector all the way so it wasn't making contact.
But.. still want to know what those connectors are lol.

The orange, black, and blk yel connector is your VSS which goes into the tranny and is displayed on your dash in MPH.
The other connector is your o2 sensor. If you dont have that plugged in your probally running your car at 15 mpg.
Both the EGR and TPS have the same plugs on the end, and either will plug into the egr or tps.
Not hard to tell which one is which.

Yea i noticed the car is running extremely rich.. and my mph isn't working while driving it today to alignment shop.
Thanks.
Thanks.
I ran across this posting in my search for a solution to my 3 pin round TPS connector issue.
My TPS connector has a loose lead in it causing a highway surge. I think these connectors can be rebuilt but there is some sort of locking release to take them apart and get at the leads.
Anybody know the secret to taking them apart? Is there some tab to push to unlock the white retaining part? A pic pointing at the release would be great.

Use needle nose pliers to pull out the white part on the tps sensor.
Than take a tiny flat head screw driver, and I mean tiny, like a jewelers screw driver, and push the pin up and back and it will comes right out.
