Radio instal help, something went wrong
Ok fellas here goes
First off, my car is all stock other than the cd player, electronics wise. Original motor/trans/ecu etc.
My buddy let me borrow his headunit originally, so I took out the aftermarket junk radio that came with the car when I bought it and put his in. All worked well and he took my junk radio. A few weeks later he wanted it back, so I installed the junk radio back into my car and it had no power at all. After re-checking my wiring, I made a second attempt and had the same results of no power.
I just unplugged it and left it for the night.
The next morning I went out to go to work and I noticed the clock said 1:00, even though it was 6:45. Which was strange because my clock has always been flawless. Then minutes later it got really dim, then soon after it shut off. Now it will go off and on whenever it wants. Every time I start the car it is back to 1:00.
That was going on for a couple days, and just tonight, my turn signals stopped working. My brake lights and corner lights are working fine, but just the actually signals inside and out of the car are doing nothing.
Needless to say, I checked all the fuses, none are blown. And the only power coming to the headunit power wires are in Millivolts. fluctuated between 300-550ish mV.
The clock only has one wire that has power with the car off and on and it is roughly 300-550ish mV.
Turn signals have yet to be dug into.
Please help my car from slowly decentigrating hah. It has 12.90 volts at the battery terminals, I cleaned the main grounds, replaced the fuses with known good fuses just in case, checked the power output, which were extremley low, checked for loose connections and any burns in the harness, found nothing abnormal.
PLEASE HELP, sorry for writing this long *** novel.

What make/model/year car?
From what you described, it sounds like the backup fuse is blown. You said you checked the fuses so I'm going to guess you checked the fuse box under the dash and not the fusebox under the hood.
Try checking the fusebox under the hood. I had the same problem as you and after a quick search on HT I fixed it by replacing the backup fuse under the hood.
btw my car is a 94 Civic EX coupe. Not sure what car you have so my proposed remedy may not work on your car.

Ditto the above^^^
If clock resets to 1:00 ever time you turn on the ign. the "back-up" fuse is blown, the back-up fuse is almost always, [MM&Y of car] a 7.5A fuse in engine bay fuse box.
BTW the signal light problem is a separate one, signal lights are not on a constant power fuse, if signal light fuse is good the problem is most likely the hazard switch. 94

I'm so sorry to thread jack - I'm new, and I can't start threads yet - but I need HELP!!
My turn signal lights do not work either. Hazard works perfect inside and out. Turn signals don't do anything now.
Just installed an instrument cluster. The old cluster had stickers with lights. I cut the wires to the aftermarket lights to remove them.

Thank you for any replies!

Check the signal light fuse.
Check the hazard switch for 12V+ on the yellow/black with ign. switch on, hazards off.
Check the hazard switch for 12V+ on the green/white with ign. switch on, hazards off. 94
