Default Speaker wire issue....

Ok not the smartest when it comes to audio, but my issue is i have a 95 ex with teeters and door speakers, well my rears work fine and teeters work fine as well a few days ago the front speakers were actting weird one would cut out the other would work vis versa, now they both dont work. I have checked wires to speakers are fine, im kinda of stuck on what it could be maybe the head unit or the wire harness ? funds are low so im trying to figure out if its simple fix or not.
