Default 99 Civic Hx Build

Well, New to Honda Tech although i have look at it a few time, but I just bought this '99 Hx civic coupe. I paid 2,300 for it, to me it wasnt a bad deal but it has its issues. My previous car was a 93 Civic Hatchback si, which i totaled look out for semi's.
I found out it used to have a automatic engine in it, then the guy before me put a ls turbo in it then but the stock D16y5 back in it.
In the pictures it looks good but up close you can see all the flaws.
Currently has a hole in the exhaust and the dude before welded the header to the exhaust with no cat converter, i have a DC sports header from my old car for a D series motor, i just need to get a cat converter and full exhuast
Tell me what you think.
Thanks for looking.

Looks like a pretty clean pick up... Paint the wipers and change the wheels or paint them or something, they're just not doing it for me personally.. lol Oh and I would'nt consider 50/50 tail lights a "mod', it's a 99-00, they all have them.. Plans for it??

Well first things first i need to get this thing ready to be inspected so i need to get a new exhaust and stuff, i will move my d series header from my eg to this car, but pretty much upgrade all the parts on it already, suspension, and not sure about a swap in the near future about to start college soon.
