I'm doing this thread for a friend. So the car is a 91 crx dx with a OBD 1 ls/vtec swap. We tried to start the car it won't start because it isn't getting spark. The dizzy is good because I used it to start my ls. So now we're stuck on trying to figure out why the dizzy isn't firing. The car has new plugs wires, new plugs, and a new dizzy. Also the wire harness is new, it was done by Monotech.

 

I the ls and vtec heads use different distributors. you also have to use a obd1 dizzy for a gsr.

 

I know there different, it was a gsr dizzy I used to start my car.
