Our outlaw Civic runs full strange duel damping set up. i believe we run the 12k springs in the rear. they work great.

Well the reason i was asking, i bought the Strange setup with dual damping, but when i installed the rears with the 12" springs and the coilover turned all the way down the car is pretty high in the rear. So i was wondering if people just run the 10" in the rear.

You're going to have to use 12" spring and I would recommend 600-650 lbs spring, don't follow that kg scale. For the fronts you are going to need 10" springs and I would recommend 450lbs, Hypercoil and/or Eibach would be my choice of springs to use.

Looks to me if that is all the way down you should pick up some 10" for the rear as well and just adjust them up to ride height.

That's too much spring....

What's the car weigh and what does it show on the corner scales?

Just get you're ride height and balance where you want it and do so by using the scales, then go for getting the right springs.
