Default FRESH d16z6; crower rods, ARP headstuds, Vitara Pistons, comp springs, zex cam

May be willing to part out! Make offers on individual parts. No I will not sell you one piston, one headstud, etc.

Open to hear all offers on motor. Worst I can say is no.

Interested in the following specific trades, but open to hear anything you got:
-Sleeved D16Z6 block
-Injector Dynamics 1000CC+ injectors
-Twin fuel pump setup, must be new.
-Arias 75.5mm D16Z6 pistons
-Clean bodied Del Sol, would possibly consider a roller.
-96-97 Del Sol front bumper

D16Z6 75mm turbo motor. Has break in miles + another thousand or two in boost. Ran at low-boost, 18lbs. Motor was pulled for an AWD conversion and project was never completed. Had a last minute change of heart and am thinking I'm going to try to go sleeved.

Bottom end:
Crower rods
Vitara 75mm pistons
Hastings rings
Honda or ACL race bearings (forget which we ran in this one)
ARP Headstuds
Brand new OEM timing belt
Brand new OEM Rear main seal
Brand new OEM water pump
Brand new OEM oil pump
Brand new OEM oil pan, tapped
Brand new OEM oil pan gasket
Custom 'tuck' wiring harness

Top end:
68mm throttle body
Skunk2 intake manifold
"S" Oil cap (what brand is this?)
Tenzo R "Mugen" valve cover
Zex 59300 cam
Comp Springs & retainers
Some fresh valves and valve job from machine shop
Brand new OEM valve cover gasket
Brand new OEM Headgasket

Fuel:
750cc RC Injectors
BDL fuel rail

All parts were new, all work performed at a machine shop. The only thing this motor needs is possibly a distributor, had a slight misfire and the motor didn't go back in the car so it was never replaced. Other than that, drop in and go.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some ****. Any questions, ask away.

Open to trades, partial or full. Willing to entertain offers for individual parts or entire build.

Got offers for individual parts, the bottom end, the top end pouring in.

Need all offers for full motor in asap if you have any hope of getting this thing. Shoot me an offer; you never know what I'll take!

I was suppose to call you about the oil pan, but wound up having an issue on my way back in-state last week.

I still have that other oil pan for you; it's sitting on my other motor at the shop, they're saying they'll be done with it Monday.

Sorry for the wait.

This motor would be a perfect buy for you. It's everything you're looking for all completed and cheap. You should put in an offer.

I would consider it, but it would be basically OEM Honda dealer price for three reasons. One, it was a bitch to get a hold of this specific one (It's from the RT4WD wagon and accommodates room for the driveshaft), two it was tapped and coated in that sick gray you see. Three, how am I going to sell a motor without a pan?

I can try to get up there on Monday. Problem is I'm on the south side and the shops in Schaumburg; they're dicking me around a bit..

I had my beautiful Moroso pan on that other motor when I was about to drop it out, then I was like...ah dammit, I don't want to drop the motor on this gorgeous *** pan. So I took it off and put that other one I'm going to sell you on. Motor has been there for 3 weeks.

Soon as I get word and go over there, I can snap some shots for you. Trust me, I want the money as much or more than you want the pan.

Never dyno'd. But a nearly identical build we did put down 490whp (that build was revving lower, and was using Eagle H-beams instead of Crower I-beams). I would expect 450-500whp to be fairly easy to attainable given the proper tune and turbo setup.

It's all about where you want to draw the line.. most people don't like to push it past that on the stock sleeves. If you really wanted, on some extra boost I'm sure you could exceed that a bit.

PM'd you total price.

By the way, I think we met. You saw my Del Sol downtown at a meet once.

Could you pm me a price please?

I would be interested in buying it without the pan if you would like to sell it separate.

I can't have my motor laying around without a pan. If you have a spare junker to bring, then maybe that would work. Else, I can meet you in Schaumburg when I pick up the motor to give it to you.
