Default FINALLY I 'm boosted

I started on Friday night and it took me til Monday but the turbo is in. I took for one run and I'm glad that it was a short one because there was a TRAIL of oil behind my car....sucked man....literally the whole street...turns out it was the damn oil filter leaking....anyone have problems like this before? I feel like a n00b I get the turbo and downpipe and intercooler all connected and even the injectors and VAFC but I can't change the oil right! ==> Me

So I'm taking it to a shop I trust to take a look at it to make sure I didn't do anything stupid with the filter and get an oil change again...wish me luck!

What could have caused the filter to leak this bad?

Sometimes the old gasket gets stuck on the block. Check the filter you pulled off to make sure it is still there.
You did put a coat of oil on the new filter before you put it on right? I doubt that would cause much of a leak but you never know.
Or you may have cross threaded the filter. (hopefully not)
Congrats on doing the install yourself though. You da man.
What setup you runnin?

What setup you runnin?
I have a custom T3/T4 .63/.50 Turbonetics setup which is more or less a DRAG 3:
South Florida Performance Manifold Black Temp coated (Nice)
custom 2.5" downpipe
HKS SS BOV
Turbonetics Deltagate at 6.5psi
Spearco intercooler (Small but adequate)

RC440cc injectors
Walboro GSS342 (In the mail)
VAFC (Hacked at -35% across cept idle at -28% )

Magnecor wires 10.3mm with Zex Turbo/Nitrous plugs (Two steps colder)

Everything else is bone stock....going to try and use my stock clutch for a while and then go with a clutchmasters stage 3 probably. Eventually want to run 8-10 psi on AFC and then save for Hondata and internals to boost a daily 12-13psi...ahh honda power...

The install was SO much harder than I thought....I did EVERYTHING by my lonesome...oh wells....it's in and I'm happy. I only boosted to 2psi so far so after I get my car back after the oil change I'm going to let her rip! Thanks for your help...at first I didn't tighten down the oil filter enough PLUS forgot to put oil on the gasket then I tightened it down REALLY hard....no effect.....took it out oil slick on driveway cleaned filter but was too stupid to clean the filter seat and tightened it down so hard that I couldn't get it off with my filter wrench I mean the paint was literally chipping off the filter! *sigh* I'll let you guys know when I gets my leak fixed. Later.

Oil slick on driveway sold seperately....

dude, id HIGHLY reccommend you ditch those ZEX plugs, ive seen first hand no less then TWO engines meet their maker due to those plugs.

NGK Bkr7e's nothing less.....

by the way man, if the leaky filter is the worst of your turbo problems, you're gonna be just fine....i promise

It's in the shop now so I should hear from them in an hour or two. The gasket was on the filter so it isn't that.....it isn't the oil sensor cause I did a visual and it's all coming from the bottom of the filter...I was so scared that it was the oil pan but that has been fine so far. yeah I already had the $30 spill on my driveway...so I decided to let the pros do the oil change heh
