have u checked the ignition switch? i had a similar problem in my hatch..my car would turn on but it wouldnt stay on...now im no mechanic but just a thought..giveit a try, it cant hurt...
where at is the ing switch. when i turn the key the main reley kicks good, the other reley next to it does also, and a box located behind the center consel clicks, im geting 11.8v to the starter, but nuttin
I have run into this problem many times on 88-91 civics and crx's. What I have found is the start portion of the ignition switch quits working. I have solved this problem by installing a pushbutton to start the car. You can test to see if this is the problem by turning your key on all the way make sure the car is not in gear and hooking a wire from your positive battery post and touching the small wire terminal on your starter. It should turn over.
ok thanks for the help. im sure i missed something when i was puting the car back 2gather but i wanted a pushbutton starter anyway.
