Have no idea why it happened... Oil changed was done 2 months ago.. Was running fine this morning but now no oil pressure, and the oil pressure light is on...

Got a gsr motor turbo'd, no ticking or any signs of issue but oil pressure light is in and my electrical greddy pressure gauge reads 0 psi... I disconntected my turbo feed line and distributor then cranked it. No oil cane out of the feed line..

My guess would be the oil pump. But is it common for oil pumps to fail out of no where, or what could be another reason. Thanks

Is the engine oil very low or gone?

 

There's oil just no pressure

 

its not common but its known to happen just throw on a new oem one and ur good to go. luckily u caught it b4 ur motor went

 

you got LUCKY if it was your oil pump
