was driving my del sol the other day and i turned it off at gas station and it wont start back up. It rolls over everytime but just wont start....im guessin its either the distributor or computer. plugs and wires are brand new and so it the distributor cap so does anyone have any ideas of somthing little it could be besides what i just mentiond. Also does the computer go out often cuz im gonna buy parts from junk yard and cant take em back i was gna try the distribtor first

 

Start with the basics:

-does the fuel pump prime.
-is there spark at the plugs.
-any CEL codes?

 

no ecu's usually dnt go out that often. check first then provide outcome..

After throwing a ton of parts at my car the dealership finally replaced the entire ECU, mine was faulty after 17 years. Runs perfect now

I suspect the OP has other issues though, start with the basics as suggested

 

how did you get home from the gas station?

 

Mine randomly does that too. I just don't turn it off while getting gas. My Accord used to do it to and we took it to the dealer and they fixed it but I don't remember what it was. In any event it usually starts again after waiting 3 to 30 minutes.
