So I installed a new brake master cylinder on my Da teg and Ive been having an issue with my front brakes dragging really bad since then. Its not a dd so its sitting at the moment. Anyways I bench bled the master and have bleed each wheel. The car seems fine but after a little bit of driving the fronts starting dragging bad like you can feel it slowing the car down. Think its a faulty master cylinder or is there something I need to adjust?

Thanks for the help buddy! I know its on the back of pedal to booster. But I dont think this is the problem. Anyone else?
You have positioned the piston cups in your master cylinder over the master cylinder compensating ports and fluid can no longer return to your reservoir tanks. After a few stops your brake fluid expands through heat and your brakes go on temporarily until the fluid cools and contracts releasing the calipers.
Get a manual and read it, you can find them online many places http://www.hondahookup.com/manuals/ !

I realize this is an old thread, however I dealt with and solved what might the issue at hand. An ABS booster and a non-ABS booster must match the m/c. For example, ABS mc with ABS booster and non-ABS mc with non-ABS booster. My brakes would drag something terrible and I'd be at WOT at 45 mph 3rd gear just to stay moving. I had an ABS booster with a non-ABS mc. Put on a non-ABS booster and no more dragging.

so i'm kind of int his situation right now,
i told the parts guy my car had abs so im guessing he gave me a mc with abs. i've compared both of them and they both look the same
how would i go about fixing this problem

the difference is the booster, due to the different amount of travel for each master cylinder.
ok they sized up the same so im more than likely sure he gave me the correct part.
anyways since we're on topic about brakes dragging. i did everything right but i did not bench bleed. i have bleed each side with a 1 full big bottle of brake fluid per side. my brakes still have air and takes a while for it to actually catch,
any ideas?
