Default si pistons in a ls block ???gain or lose power or will it work ???

has any one try it be for cuz im just wondering , well that and i need to replace my piston rings but i though a bout thiz combo , will it work or is it worth putting si pistons in a ls block??

that article is for ls/vtec , so i have have a vtec head to go with si pistons?? i cant keep the ls head and put the si pistons in, cuz thaz wut im planing on doin id just put si piston in a sright ls motor ..
