G-Force Peformance Chip 60 HP increase?!

Im just wondering if this website is for real about the increase in hp or if its bogus and kills your engine?

60 hp from a chip i guess if you leaned it out to the point of roasting your cylinder walls...... kinda like an intake that gives you 30 hp........HP sells cars... torque wins races.

it eitheer moves or removes your redline so you rev more. revving higher ( 15k rpm give or take ) will give you an extra 60 hp LOL
