Wierd TPS bolts.. How Do I remove them?

Wierd TPS bolts.. How Do I remove them?
Hey guys, just purchased a used throttle body. All it needs is a new TPS, but I can't get the old one off to put the new one on. Any Ideas?

If any body else comes across the same problem, take a Dremel and cut a slot into the top of the screws. Then, just use a flat head screw driver to remove the screw from the slot you cut. Easy

Not if you do it right. I'm still using the original bolts even after trying both methods. I would say the vice grip method will probably be the safer option if you're not as skilled with the dremel though.
