Default 1996 Honda Accord Rotor problems

I keep having rotor problems, meaning i have to replace or turn every three months it seems. whenever i go down a hill or grade i put my car into 3rd and have been not driving fast and not applying my breaks too hard but i still have to replace my rotors more than ever, can someone help before i waste another $300 on new rotors?????

Are you doing the work yourself or do you have a 'mechanic'? What brand pads and rotors are you using? How far are you driving?

Are you sure your rear brakes are working properly?
