how do I remove the throttle body after taking out the 4 screws
The throttle body is still stuck after removing the 4 screws. I'm trying to get to the FITV (is there a way to remove/clean it without removing the throttle body? I'm tried hitting it with a mallet nothing seems to move it. Thanks

It's probably just stuck on, I'd bolt it back up though because the gasket can come apart when removing. You can remove the fast idle valve without taking out the throttle body, it's only 3 10mm bolts.
how I can remove all the bolts, there are 3? 2 I see but it's upside down.

Yeah especially when they can be downloaded from the spoon website...
One piece of advise that the manual doesn't talk about though, if you remove the back plate to tighten the plunger down, use red thread locker on the screws because mine fell out causing me to have to get the FITV from my H23a1 shipped to me from where I did the swap because you can't buy that plate.

I have seen this before and I've done lots of searching. Looks like 3 bolts on the bottom of the throttle body. A very tough spot to get to for the standard tools I have.

Well not to be mean but what kind of tools do you have? I took my throttlebody off with just a few simple wrenches and the FITV is even easier its less bolts(3), and taking out your intake piping would give you alot more room to work with. It really shouldn't be too tough unless your dealing with a car that hasn't been taking care of; or has been sittin around for 2 years plus.
Its simple I'm sure you'lll figure it out
