I have a GSR head at the machine shop and they want/need to know the Seat Pressure for the valve springs needed for my cam's and i have 00 ITR cams which are the same specs as CTR cams.. so what is the Valve Spring Seat Pressure Needed For CTR/ITR Cams?

I have aftermarket springs/retainers in it, but we'll see what the spring pressure is when they test them, if there too high i dont want to risk ruining my rocker's.. i had BC3+ cams in my b16 head with the valvetrain that is going into the GSR head and it ruined just about every rocker arm, and the cams.. i dont want it to happen to this GSR head nor my new type r camshafts..
