CAR IS STALLING!!!!!!!

So i have a 95 accord with a h22 swap, car stalls out until warm, once warm it is fine, car starts right back up everytime. I cannot figure this out and it is driving me crazy. . . . . any ideas??????

Is the check engine light on? Any codes thrown by the ECU?
